Od takrat, ko je prvi Zalatel prišel v Brda iz Furlanije, je minilo že skoraj tristo let. Eden od njegovih potomcev je dobil v doto posest Ščistovo (po domače "Na čistem"), ki je danes naš dom.

Generacije so ga ustvarjale in obdelovale okoliško zemljo, in poplačala jih je s svojimi žlahtnimi sadovi.

Nearly three hundred years have passed from the day when the first member of the Zalatel family made the journey from the Friuli region to Brda. One of his descendants received as dowry the Ščistovo property (colloquially known as "Na čistem"), which today we call our home. It has been built by generations who cultivated the nearby land, which in turn rewarded them with its noble fruits.
